Registrations can be made by fax, phone, e-mail or letter. The number of rooms is limited. Therefore we recommend an early reservation. Please use the attached registration form. For further copies please send us a fax, an e-mail or call us.

E-mail Registrations

E-mail registrations can only be considered if there is a clear consigner with company name, name, address and phone/fax number. Unclear or not identified e-mails will be considered as SPAM-mails and erased.

Each reservation will be confirmed. With the receipt of the confirmation/invoice, a prepayment of 50 % of the total amount is required to reconfirm the booking. For the balance please follow the instruction given on the invoice. Mail and documentation fee CHF 10.- per person.

One rebooking is free of charge. For further rebookings a service fee of CHF 150.– per rebooking per order/invoice will be charged.

In case of cancellations a service fee of CHF 200.– will be debited for every confirmed order/invoice. If the cancellation will be made after the 31st December 2012 the cancellation fee will be 50 % of the total amount of the accommodation, After the 31st January 2013 75 % will be charged and if your cancellation is made after the 28th February 2013 the full amount (100 %) will be debited to you. We recommend to take out a cancellation insurance. Forms will be sent to you with our confirmation/invoice.

We accept European bank checks, bank drafts and traveler's checks. If you wish to pay the invoice by credit card, we take American Express, Visa, Master Card, Eurocard and Diners Club. All payments have to be made before arrival. If the payment does not arrive in time, the organizer is allowed to cancel the reservation without any prior notice to the client.

If you pay by credit card, which is preferred, we kindly ask you to give us the following additional information:

- Name of cardholder and company

- Complete credit card number incl. CVV 2

- Expiry date of credit card

The  total amount will automatically be debited to the clients's credit card. The invoice will be mailed or sent by post to the client. (for payment instructions please see our website "Payment"). Credit card commissions and fees will be charged according agreements with credit card instituts.

Explorer Tours & Travel Ltd. is fully responsible for the organization of transfers (daily to and from the fairground) and accommodation. Explorer Tours & Travel Ltd. is allowed to rebook clients into other hotels of the same category, if neccessary. Explorer Tours & Travel Ltd. is also allowed to cancel hotels if the minimum number of clients is not reached. In this case the clients will be informed in advance.
